Make a Difference

Make a difference

Have you been in a situation or met somebody who was that “spark of inspiration”, igniting possibilities in directions to inspire and express ways to evolve?

My meeting and engaging with like-minded people helped raise awareness, opened my mind to fresh perspectives, and enriched my life. I could see and hear better in all dimensions. That sense of gratification and a rare sense of purpose made me feel alive. Being committed to this thought was great, but was clueless on how to apply and act.

Here comes the best part, I was struck by the ‘frequency illusion or Baader-Meinhof Phenomenon’. Hold your horses, I’m not hallucinating. To be honest, I learned about this for the first time only recently. We’ve all been there. It feels like being stalked; just joking.

This phenomenon occurs when you see, hear or read something new and then they just happen to pop up everywhere. Not weird, but just your brain triggering ‘selective attention’ to these things.

I was fortunate that it emitted the frequency to pave my path; small efforts to an endless list of opportunities. Just the belief that I can make a difference in my unique way helped fuel action. My family and friends were supportive, though few of them had their own reservations.

I believe that we all have a “compassion gene” in us to affect people’s lives and also make a positive difference in our immediate surroundings and the world.

This platform is to create a movement that drives awareness, rally support, and a buzz for everything that inspires us to go that extra mile and transform lives. Share your story about your cause, promote/market your campaign, or just ask for help if you want people to get involved.

Together we can make a difference.
